Cancellation Policy

You’re appointment time has been reserved for you. In consideration to myself and other clients I require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Please contact me by phone or email if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment.

Please understand that missed appointments prevent me from catering to other clients.

Any cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice or any missed/no-show appointments, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment scheduled.

I recognize often there are circumstances beyond your control (weather, sudden illness, family emergencies etc.) and some consideration may be given.

I also reserve the right to refuse treatment if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.
