I have been a registered massage therapist since graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2006. I am a member in good standing with the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapy Association and the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador.

With 10 years experience I am well versed in many techniques and treat a variety of conditions such as chronic pain, repetitive strain and sport related injuries. I believe in providing well-rounded treatments that are highly therapeutic with elements of relaxation.
